The thing isnt the market is down, the thing is people are afraid to be buying hacked accounts soo they dont wanna invest and loose their accounts, hero rank is a long journey till achieve, but the price looks too good to be true, hero are traded around 0,15btc with the new value this days.
You must check the trust rating of the acct if it is a hack. The owner must report it give it feedback. And i dont think buying hero acct is good. Because in can be use in scamming other people. Keep safe
