Very limited right now. We can make more to meet demand if demand increases, but each batch takes months so there's a lag time.

However, this is a long process that takes ~3-6 months so I'd need to know ahead of time. If it's popular here, I'll try to do continuous batches.
Most vanilla extract is made from flavorless alcohol/vodka I believe. We have tried numerous different flavorings and we believe that rum is one of the best ways to do this because it drastically enhances the flavor of vanilla.
