I've put together a guide on how to get yourself your own Anonymous VCC for only the cost of initially loading the card (to ensure it's active with the bank, like $2).
These are Polish VCC's. You get a full fledged bank account with it's IBAN, your CVV, billing address (you can have goods shipped to a different address then you're billing address to remain completely anonymous). These can easily be reloaded and withdrawn from.
Price is $15, BTC only, PM me.
