Most places wont recognize the sale of a property for crypto.  May have to sell for 1.00, plus bitcoin to cover the rest, to make it legal.

This is accurate in Washington State where I have bought property for cryptos Smiley

Lawyer, check!

Thanks for the tip on the fiat/crypto exchange, that sounds like it might save some headaches.

So putting a reserve on a Bitcointalk auction is doable it seems.

I have a property that is worth about 200k.   I want to sell it, and I will accept somewhere between 160K and 200K for it.

What is the best way to sell this?

Questions;

Can I put a reserve on my auction, or start the bid at a certain amount?   For example, "Bidding starts at 292 BTC"

What is the safest way for both the buyer and seller to make the transaction (see my poll)?

Have you ever sold real property or anything of significant value for crypto?  What was the results?

Ive put my heart and soul into this project.  It is a great income property making over $2000 per month gross.  Low overhead, high income, great tenants.  I just want to acquire more crypto and this is my best avenue.

Thanks in advance!
