There is no way to pay 200$, even 100$ for a crappy iPhone 5C ( i can buy locally 5C for about 160$ in working condition and about 80$ for iClouded) , you dont even turn on the iPhone for the pictures you are posted and you dont wanna use escrow.... so i dont think there is much sense to talk with u. ps : And if you are trying to sell some electronic stuff add more details about it. Is the iPhone blacklisted/iCloud lock, what version 16/32gb, is it FL or FU and etc.....
