Maybe try to conduct some trades via something like WU/Moneypaks etc as a means of getting trust; as yeah nowadays there are so many scams that people have become extremely wary about trading with forms of payment that can be chargebacked.

You have to understand ..... there are several scams a day here unfortunately. I doubt you will get much interest because people are tired of being scammed.
Not saying you are a scammer, just have no info either way.
