So for example:

1.
I send to you 1BTC
You order and reserve for me an Neptune
I pay the Neptune in the mean time of waiting to release of Neptune, in BTC
You send it to me

2.
I send to you 1BTC
You order and reserve for me an Neptune
I cannot pay for the Neptune in the time of waiting to release Neptune
You keep the Neptune.

So this is my question.

If the second situation happens, that I cannot payoff the neptune in the waiting time, what happens to the 1BTC and what happens to the Neptune?

I am a prior KNC customer so I can order Neptunes, the price is $9, 995 which will go higher if they even open up the small batch to non customers later. I have done this before for Saturns, everything will be under your name.
