Was kinda confused at first too. The video explains nothing. Then saw the channel name. It is Cryptex or something like that. Googled it. Nothing comes up. Had to google Cryptex Exchange.Everything works on-device, no additional services that need to be payed.

It is probably an app made for verifying your self and KYC purpose. You scan your ID and take picture of your photo. And you get verified.
Does not sound secure at all to be honest!
