Very cool! How would I provide a design to be cut in plastic? What type of file?

I have an A3 laser cutter that can cut and engrave plastic, keyrings, wood, dog tags etc....
I am able to offer custom items that may be very much wanted with Christmas coming up! Especially for unique names or just something totally one off!
