Man I remember playing with these. Good old times. Went to the local comic book store and had weekly tournaments. Was also into Pokemon and YuGiOh. Good times.

I never played as much as I traded.

Lots of cards available at excellent prices! Spend that BTC at a vendor that won't turn it into USD!

Don't forget that spending BTC is the best way to support BTC! We are one of the few vendors accepting BTC who do not convert it instantly into USD - we distribute it to the people who sell their cards to us!

Being able to see how much shipping is and how much needed to pay in BTC without entering contact details would be nice.

Shipping is a flat rate of $1.69 in the US and $6.75 worldwide for any number of singles.

The amount paid in BTC is based on bitpay (note that we keep the BTC we receive in BTC, unlike many other vendors using bitpay).

Thank you for the suggestions, this information will be made more clear for the future.

Is the market for these cards appreciating? Got any stats or graphs for prices over the last few years you can share?

I do actually! These graphs only go back to 2012, but the player base has been sustaining massive growth for even longer than that.

All cards:

Cards printed in the last 10 years:
http://www.mtggoldfish.com/index/MODERN

A few sets printed last year:
http://www.mtggoldfish.com/index/RTR

The default setting on these graphs is for Magic Online, so make sure to click 'Paper' to see the data you requested.

Very cool graphs! Thanks mate. I'll have a good rummage around and see if I think there are good investments to be made.

http://blacklotusgo.com/ is a Magic: the Gathering retailer accepting bitcoin. We've been selling cards for a while, but we launched this site at the start of 2014 specifically so that we could accept bitcoin for our MTG sales.

We are also the only store in the world offering to PAY bitcoin for your buylist orders! Get bitcoin for your Magic cards!
