Quite true, however, this is an exact copy of our design. Specifically, fold patterns, hardware placement, etc. Point is this guy bought one of our cases and literally copied the design fold for fold while making a few cosmetic changes. In the United States, that is covered under Intellectual Property Copyright laws. Like i said, he's not the first, he won't be the last. Difference is the guys who do it in the US will get hit with an injunction.
I think that you are taking the wrong approach to competition. There are very few combinations to get 6-8 gpu's in a case with a motherboard and 2 psu's. You didn't invent the measurements or the method or the machine to create this. You didn't invent any of the parts or the way to put them together either.
Having built something doesn't give you explicit rights to the building of said item.
Ideas are cheap, once you have one and share it...then it becomes everyone's idea.
