If you live in America and get your internet through a cable service provide like Xfinity, Cox, Time Warner, or Charter then you probably know how much of a pain the monthly modem rental fees are. Personally, I use Xfinity and was paying $10/month on top of my internet bill just to rent the dang modem/router. I finally decided to go out any buy my own so I could pay one flat price and never have to worry about it again. A short while after that I received a second one as a birthday gift. Since I already have one, I've decided to sell the other because it's just been sitting around, still unopened in its original box/packaging.
