I'm not sure what I've done to warrant such animosity.

I've already received offers from 2 companies that greatly exceed your estimate, so I don't think you know what you are talking about.

I simply posted here as I am shopping around for the best offer I can find.

I would suggest you take that offer. You will only find animosity and distrust from people here because you are not well established here. Especially for a person that had balance in gox and has a newbie account with no reputation is highly suspicious.

Plus all the claim transfer / sell is a hectic process, like me, many might not even know if it is possible and if such a transfer would hold up legally resulting in a payout - if ever.

Well, I've been a member of BitcoinTalk since 2013, but if that makes me a newbie, so be it.

I've already decided to take the best offer I received - one of the offers I alluded to earlier.

Good for you.

My reference was to your account's newbie status and not your actual experience in this community. Your lack of trust history does come as unusual and since you didn't make enough connections, you never ranked up the ladder. That's just my assessment of your history on this forum from an outsider's perspective. It does not explicitly imply that you're dubious. It just states that other accounts of your stature have been dubious in the past - a fact that you must be well aware of given your 'history' here.

Also, I suggest you lock this thread to avoid spam.

This is madness.

The trustee values your BTC at $480, so you have $75 worth of BTC and $5 worth of BCH.

The fiat claim of $13k --- it depends on how the Trustee plans to distribute funds. You may only get 15-20% of that, so that's just $2600.

Your claim isn't worth $17k. It worth just $3000 tops. And since it's mostly fiat, it won't rise in value.

You'd be lucky to get a $2000 for this bullshit claim.

I can provide screen shots in my MtGox account.  I can also provide the view live during a screenshare session.

How can you prove that they approved the claim for the cash you have (or have had before) on mtgox?

I have a claim with Mt.Gox as an Japan bankruptcy Trustee approved creditor (my claim is approved by the BK Trustee).  The claim is a combination of USD Fiat + BTC + BCH.  Its between $13100 and 13,300 plus $3300 to $3500 "delay damages" (interest set by the Japan BK trustee) plus .1-.2 BTC and .1-.2 BCH.  Total claim value exceeds $17,000

I'd be interested in selling this claim for about 2.25 BTC, 80.8ETH, or other USD equivalent amount of BCH, LTC or best offer.

Please contact me if interested.  I will give specifics upon request.
