I'm not sure if it will work on the 3DS. I know the creators put out occasional firmware and software updates, so it's possible.
I've had dozens of successful transactions on the forum over the past year with no complaints so I will not be willing to ship first.

For anyone looking at these, I have one (bought directly from the company that produces them) and it is freaking awesome if you hate hauling a bunch of game carts around with your DS.
