Neteller kinda dropped the support for my country (and a lot of other countries) so I want to switch totally to BTC and as I didn't find any cheap ways to buy BTC using credit card , I decided to trade with indviduals.
I have 102$ in my Neteller account (while sending , some fees gets applied) and I would like to get BTC for it (the best offer).
1. I won't go first unless you are more trusted then me.
2. I have no problem using an escrow as long as you pay the fees (If there are any).
3. We should be in a full live communication while doing the transaction (using Telegram is preferred)
