I have two of Asus EN7600GS SILENT/HTD with the 256M DDR2 @ 800MHz - 15 dollars each, (buy the pair and I'll give you an SLI cable -lol)
They are super helpful for mom and pop type systems where you just want something that looks and works better than integrated garbage from older Intel systems. They draw 32 watts at max load so safe for even most non standard PCI-e implementations power wise and don't require a PSU upgrade on those crappy dells. They use a silent aluminum cooler, they work quite well.
