Can you provide a staked message/the private key of that address?
Does the account have any pending trust, positive, negative, or even untrusted? Is it on the alt list?
The account I believe has no staked messages and due to the nature of how I obtained the account, I do not have the private keys or anything like that. The account does however have one positive feedback from another non-default trust member.
