I'm a student of Communism in East Asia, focusing particularly on North Korea. I'm also a coin collector. I found an NGC graded North Korea coin-I had never seen one before...so I bought it. Its real; it checks out with the NGC registry. I had another North Korean coin I wanted to send in for grading. So, I did. Three weeks later I get my invoice returned with a handwritten note "NGC DOES NOT GRADE N KOREAN COINS". This is also documented formally on the invoice.
SO, what I have here is actually pretty rare-and would include the invoice so it'd be a great collector's and conversation piece.
