I have a ticket to the NIN/Soungarden concert at PNC Bank Arts Center (Holmdel NJ) for August 2nd. 7PM.
Ticket is Section 303 Row A.  The seat is the second in from the inside end.  I also have the end seat but AORN it will be my but in that seat!

This concert is a dual billing between NIN & SoundGarden.  The first few shows have begun and the bands are playing ~15 songs each.

I did a bit of research before buying these seats and they look like a good spot to see NIN from.  It's the first row in the section so there shouldn't be anyone in front of you even if you are vertically challenged like me.  The only concern I had is that you are pretty close to the mixing station but I don't think that will be a problem.  If you search youtube for PNC bank section 303 row A you will see several videos from these seats that someone shot at a back street boys concert (for best results press MUTE...lol).  NIN puts on a pretty elaborate visual show along with the music and there actually is such a thing as being too close when you see them.  I think these seats are in the goldilox zone for them.

Escrow is acceptable of course.  I will also take Paypal if you prefer.  Cash in person would work too if you happen to live close enough to Staten Island and would like to do the exchange in person.

How much am I looking for?
These tickets are going for a good deal over face value.  Obviously I am looking to get whatever the market will command for it.  Right now I believe that is somewhere in the $250-$300 range.

If I have left anything out please feel free to ask any questions in the thread or via PM. As I said I am planning to attend but if you would only be interested in both seats make me an offer I can't refuse and they will be yours!

I had another thread I started for this which was moved to the 'electronic goods' section but this is not an electronic item.  I have a paper ticket and that is what you will need to enter the concert.  The only difference is that I also have it in PDF format so technically it could be emailed and printed out by the purchaser.  I am hoping that this additional information will clear up any confusion and allow this to stay in this section.
