Yep. Some people frown upon it, but you are allowed too. I just bought some gift keys when the bundles were available and now I'm giving them out for bitcents. Only once the bundle ends, of course.
I am reading off the humble bundle right now, it says that the keys must be used for your personal use only...
They are referring to people buying a bundle for themselves, then giving the games to their friends. That's not what I'm doing. These bundles have been bought for the soul purpose of being sold. They are unused. I bought gift keys. They are called so for a reason methinks.
