I never said I wanted anything prepackaged.  I said I wanted it in an industrial kitchen; essentially homemade but with higher quality equipment than what the average home has.

Wife making batches tonight, anyone want an order?  If so, let us know if you want plain chocolate, or chocolate with walnuts mixed in.  We will post pics after the product is completed, also.
