The season finished and so the competitive ban has been lifted, the account is still for sale. In the addition to the payment methods in OP, I accept LTC and G2A coins too.
The account is still for sale. It's worth mentioning that I have a ban on competitive matches for disconnecting multiple times, It should be lifted after the season finishes.

I'm not sure what exactly is competitive placements but If you're referring to the the 10 matches you play, then yes, I've played them and now 1900 (SR I think) is showing.
