Sorry to say it's gone. The original poster might be gone too. I tried to buy from him a week or so back and never even got a reply. The autobuy hasn't been stocked for quite a bit either.

The accounts are presumably hacked - accounts with order history will accumulate point that you can use to redeem for pizzas.
Legally, yes it's a crime - realistically, the chances of anything happening? Small unless you piss someone off.
