There are no "blue" Papaver Somniferum.(Thats an opium poppy to you OP.)
If you had a blue opium poppy then you could sell it to a seed company and make billions.
It's one of the holy grails of horticulture.

Corn Poppy is it's vulgar name though it has no relation to the Poppy at all.
