i think you are a scammer , because you are offering to verify unidentified number of Philippines country which is totally illegal .

I like to suggest you to
1. Add your Skype available timing in forum time.
2. Update total number of available mobile numbers time to time.
3. For example, Gmail verification works with voice call too. So, you can have classifications like text/voice services.
4. Do not offer your services to what are illegal in your country (ex: drugs/child porn/gambling)

PH numbers don't usually gives much advantage compared when using a US mobile number. If you want to offer this servce might as well create a thread or move this in our local because there is where PH numbers may come in handy for verification purposes.
Jacee is right if these mobile number is not US or UK I guess you have to move this in local, and AFAIK every filipino can afford to buy a sim card or any network and maybe they can borrow from there relatives a mobile number to verify some sites or any service.He must think for another service that he knows and not this one.
Maybe, thinking that he has lots of SIM cards might as well have an extra earnings from those.
