None of the accounts has been in use yet. As you can see on steemd, the history of these accounts contains nothing but mining reward entries.
Steem Power is not liquid and can not be transferred to another account. By "powering down" your Steem Power, you can convert it to liquid Steem over the course of two years however. When powering down, 1/104th of your Steem Power will be converted to Steem every week for 104 weeks (=two years). Thus, Steem Power is a long-term investment in the Steem platform.
It should be noted that Steem Power is the only sensible way to perform long-term investments in Steem because liquid Steem is highly inflationary. Steem Power also increases the influence of your votes and the curation rewards you earn for upvoting content.
