Very Nice coin. The only coin I purchased directly from Mike was the 2013 silver gilded one. That was right before he shut down operations. Does anyone remember what the going rate was back then? Just curious...I cannot seem to recall the exact amount. I was hesitatant as I had never dealt with bitcoin before and also with Mike..so I am sure glad I bought that one not a regular brass 1 BTC

There was a discount if you bought a full roll, worked out to less than 2 BTC per coin... but I can't recall exactly.

Still up for grabs, pgp chain of custody available so you don't have to worry (as much) about counterfeits

No I meant back when it was sold by Mike. Mine I will NEVER sell. It will stay in my safety deposit box as a family heirloom.  Grin
Ah, sorry.

Its a bit hazy now, but i think i saw BTC3.2, once. Dont honestly think you would get that now, though.

Anyone who has purchased a coin with a PGP custody chain from me in the past would have a copy of my public key... Or you could ask me for the PGP docs from Mike that mention my PGP fingerprint...

Does anyone even verify these things, or do you all just see "BEGIN PGP MESSAGE" and assume it's legit, I wonder?  Cheesy
It looks like there are a bunch of garbled letters at the bottom of the message, so it probably is legit.

It was also signed by the same key used here -- I don't remember how I validated your key previously, but I don't remember there being any issues back then, I so guess it is legit.

A rare opportunity for Bitcoin collectors

2013 Casascius 1.0 BTC Series-3 Silver
First-funded 1Ag1 batch
(PGP chain of custody available)

The Coin

This coin is in the usual immaculate shape (many of my coins have been graded at MS67, even poor graders like brass halves).
This is a high-quality, ungraded coin that has been in the possession of its original owner since purchase.
The hologram has suffered some minor cosmetic damage. The coin is from roll 1Ag1-C.
A PGP custody chain that offers irrefutable proof of pedigree is available for purchase.

Asking 3 BTC firm.
