@SgtSpike, did you manage to sell those coins? What was the final price? I also have one of these and would like to estimate their value.
His post was from 2013, and whatever he sold them for back then is no longer valid due to the huge variation in BTC price since then.

I believe the ms-67 from this pic just sold recently, it might be a few pages back in the goods section if you go digging.  I don't remember if the seller disclosed the final price.

An ms-66 will run you somewhere in the mid-5's today.

Ms-65 will be around 4 and ms-64 will be in the mid to upper 3's most likely.  But I haven't seen a 64 sell in a while so I could be off.

That MS-67 was a first day funded and went for 50BTC back then. Pretty sure I recall trying to lowball him for that coin a few times  Tongue

The part of the hologram that repeats Casascius over and over is actually spelt Casacius. The second S is missing

CORRECTION:  The MS66 is an October 2011 coin, not September as my memory had indicated.

I only have two graded 2011 (error) Casascius coins left.  Looking to sell one of them and keep the other.  These are graded by ANACS, and are the best two out of all I had graded (all the others were MS63 or MS64).  The MS66 coin is an October 2011 coin, and the MS67 is a first-day coin.  I consider both of these coins to be extremely rare, given their condition and the low quantities produced.  190 Casascius coins were funded on the first day of production on September 7, 2011, and 2,084 were funded in September and October 2011.

For value comparison, the most recent graded coin I sold was MS64, and I sold it for 8 BTC.

Selling for best offer.  Post here or PM me.
