The prices on these are pegged to USD, so when the price rises the BTC price falls. Not a bad time to pick some up  Roll Eyes

Ill take the MS-68 node brass.  #4628879

Edit: And its worth noting if those gray address brass are only being graded to 65s because of the finish those are a steel too. All depends I guess if thats the case or not. I assume you picked out coins that appeared the best?

You got it!

I picked the Node Bronze gray address coins out of the remaining 17 coins, after I had already sold 500 of them. I thought they were on equal to or better than the other coins I submitted, so that is why I am attributing the grade to the finish.

Taking into account the risk of appearing insane by continuing to reply to my own messages in my own thread  Cheesy, I'd like to point out that ANACS has updated their submission form, giving "Physical Cryptocurrency" its own category under "Non US Mint Coins". The cost is $19 and there is no coin minimum listed; you also don't have to pay the $7 "verification" fee to add the first bits to the slab text (this nets a savings of $2 per coin). I know this has been mentioned in other threads, but ANACS has made it official.

That's good news thanks for the heads up. Nice coins with great grades!

Don't worry you're not alone, everyone's insane that's in to crypto. If you weren't before it doesn't take long to set in Cheesy.

I've updated prices to reflect the markets lack of interest in my initial pricing  Cool. I don't foresee any future (short-term) adjustments on the prices with the exception of a large usd increase in btc.

I'll offer discounts for multi-coin purchases and am willing to work with you on price if you want to put together a set (e.g. 1 of each coin, the MS-68 set, etc.)

Sort of relevant ----> there are now only 11 Ravenbit Node Copper coins remaining (out of 250).

Hmmm....maybe I should pick up some of these.  Wink

Yes, yes you should  Smiley

This isn't new, but 20% off if you buy 10, but at that point, you might as well buy all 11.

Did you pick the Node Brass-R at random or did you search through the stock to try and send the best ones??

I looked through maybe 10 coins before settling on the 3 I had graded.

Do you think adding the hologram would help/harm a grade?? maybe due to the fact that it could cover up a potential flaw where the hologram sits??

Thanks

I think in the case of the test coins it may help, but 2 of the 3 were already graded an MS-67; adding a hologram might have bumped them up 1 notch since there was some "ghosting" of the previously applied hologram.

Fine tuned the pricing and added the pics of the obverse. Missing a pic of the Satoshi MS-65, which will be added today. I'm considering adding these to ravenbit.com, so that they can be purchased with USD (if there is interest).

Tough questions for me to answer, but I'll give it a shot.

Do you think most or all of the Node Bronze would be MS65 due to how they made or maybe just your batch??

My guess is because they don't have the luster finish that the other coins have, so these grades would not be exclusive to my batch. But, it is really just a guess.

What gave the one Satoshi a 65 versus the rest with the higher grades?? Was it a test coin??

#185 and #538 were "test" coins, but it would be tough for anyone to tell the difference between a test coin and a regular coin, hence the MS-65 and MS-67, respectively.

Wow, nice selection of all of your coin series' mrbrt! I'm heading out the door right now but had to post to remind myself to check back here!

Thanks - check back later for pics.

I only wish you had saved back a Silver or 2 out of the 25 total for it to be graded as well!

Wow, the highest grade I have for one of your coins in a MS67. Does the "R" mint mark mean rare?

No the mint mark is to distinguish between the Node Brass and Node Brass Limited Edition. The limited edition is numbered 01-50 and does not have the mint mark.

I sent several coins from 4 of the 6 Ravenbit coin series to ANACS for grading, partially out of curiosity and partially because there is interest among collectors. The brass coins received particularly good grades (2 MS-68's), as did the copper (1 MS-68), although I am slightly surprised none of the copper coins received a MS-69. The 4 bronze coins I sent all received MS-65, which I don't quite understand unless ANACS graded against the "antique bronze" finish

Also, please note my Satoshi, Node Copper and Node Bronze series are completely sold out, so this is the only way to buy these coins from me.

Coins sent in for grading by me will be noted (and will include the grade received) on the coins mintage page on ravenbit.com.

Shipping is a flat in the U.S. and worldwide. All coins will come with the normal accessories/packaging, with the exception of an air-tite, since the coins are already in slabs. As always, I reserve the right to change the prices listed below or remove a for sale coin at any time. By purchasing coins from me you agree to Ravenbit's TOS
