Depending on the size of the order, I will accept escrow for long time rent orders escrow excepted till the end of the mining, but for small orders lets say 24 hours I don't bother escrow for such a small amounts, I'm honest and will ofc. compensate for any downtime. First payment and the then ill supply hashing power, as everywhere else. I have rented out before for long term and it worked at 3 days at a time periods prepaid and repaid every 3 days.
