The monthly contracts are way sky high why is that so ?
Litecoin difficulty will go up fast in the coming months as more people (me included) jump on the bandwagon.
Most of the profit will be in the first 3-6 months, and the remaining month should be close to break even and slight profit/loss for buyer assuming the current price hold steady.
Short term contract will left me holding the bag (the mining machine has fix capital cost, finding a good location (lease) to host also have fix long term cost) as the network difficulty increase.

If someone actually bites, I am going to rent out a 3000kh/s machine for the same price.
Start your own thread, build your own trust and carefully calculate the cost benefit analysis before trying to low balling someone else effort to offer a service.
Electricity, hosting, 24 hours monitoring and repair do not come free.
