for Perfect Money WU cash Okpay Neteller exchange rate accepted 1:1 (Mtgox last price)
However for risky payza.com rate bit high 30% for low amounts (possible reduced rate for highter amount)
sorry at the moment NOT accepting paypal funds
Also I have 160 USD Webmoney (wmz) funds ready for exchange into perfect money okpay LTC payza funds
