I'm not interested at the moment but you should put some pictures of the house surely ? It seems like a good price when I hear people buy flats in Portugal for 200 000€ or more just to avoid paying income tax.

Spacious and well located 3 Townhome for purchase in Portugal.
My 3 Bedroom townhouse it's in Portugal, in a small city called Anadia, 30km from the Romantic city of Coimbra and 29km from Aveiro the called Portugal Venice for its channels with water.
Nearby you have the from Bussaco a lovely place for biking and trails with running water, Where the famous "Agua do Luso" its produced.
The beach is just 28km away, and you have lots of choice for that, with good sand and excellent seafood.
