For anyone who wants to buy any account on this site use escrow to check private messages, because the account can be restored to first owner with addy in PM if he ever sent to anyone, so he can prove ownership.He can do it by signing a message from a bitcoin address posted in some unedited post, or using the secret question stuff. But it would be a lose position to all involved, because the account will be neg-bombed in the end, and useless.
Another thing to be aware of are sellers that act as brokers, selling other people accounts for comission, like the Gumble99 guy used to do before running away with all the money:
