Yes I think. And he is also allowed to post and sell each account on each thread which is good and makes selling more feasible.
And while talking about boards then how he can put an auction and a pure selling in just one thread ? So there must be two.

Are you sure there was no previous bans ?
This was your account from the beginning or you purchased from others ?
If you purchased then how do you know it wasn't banned before you purchased or if it farmed then the post quality might not be good to get accepted by any campaigns out there
