How come that site can grade the quality post of one's account? It's a script.

That is only for potential activity checking or some insights to your post history and should not be a basis about the quality and price of the account. Also if one's account got a low rating in that site, then that's account's quality post is totally crap. How much more if a buyer will look into his post history manually and graded it according to their views.

yes i have used this site , The quality of post is according to that site . Sorry I can't post the token because of privacy . The value of account is 0.077 on that site.

Using bctalkaccountpricer.info will not reveal the account information that can lead to exposing the account user name it will just give a snap shot of what the account history but in full detail. It's call anyway, good luck to the sale man. Salute!
