OP be careful getting negative trust on the Hero Account 
its 1st time i ever see a hero member selling a sr member account anyways i still dont recommend to sale your 300 days old account for a cheap price or even for a not cheap price as long as this is not your main business here.
He is selling a bought account so there's no problem for him. It's not cheap anyway. Nobody can sell seniors for 0.40BTC these days.
