Bumping this, and adding, the property is my parents business, and putting out a 'probably' £10,000 (if there's serious interest I believe I could argue my parents down). Due to recent family issues (my dad had a stroke the other week) and ideally they retire sooner rather than later, is why I'm bumping the post and saying £10,000.
