I'm currently working one a project (not so simple HTML)
However I'm still looking for clients .

Aside from 10 images and bitcoin whitepaper pdf in root its a single index.html

(check it out with console+developer tools on your browser) I couldn't share it raw here CF blocked it as its almost 400 lines.

Your demo is very good.

I think the best name for what you are doing is "front end develop". I think you "basic html" looks like html only page, which clearly isn't what your demo is.

  My domain is basically front end only too (I created an api just recently)

Or they could get a whole new page with better organization for $5 more.

It depends on the use case scenario on what's a smart buy.

OP's describing simple HTML website for fixed cost $20 isn't clear info but his demo's showing what he'll do. $5 for additional pages doesn't make smart sense if clients don't want to pay more if they're money clever they'll choose single page scroll that's better.

I'm open to suggestions on my verbiage to better relay thats what I'm selling.

Should I add that it's simple in the sense it won't have a backend or DB in laymen's terms?

I think you should give more details about that then. I think "simple html" might be a too simple description for what you are doing imo.

HTML5 can carry scripting and css all within the index now days even a 25mb limit is generous enough to make a good looking site.
I posted an example page,it demonstrates what a basic html website in 2024 might feel like.  
I'd like to fulfill these vouches so I can have a portfolio of different perspectives to demonstrate more possibilities.

The OP can just host for free  any pure front end in cloudflare or netlify.

This means nothing. If the OP is using pure HTML, he will make 90s pages...

Sure, if someone who really needs it ask you for the vouch then give vouch to that person instead of me but if no one asks for it then I'm still ready to take the vouch and help your service by giving my honest feedback about it. It's always a good experience to help someone to grow if they are doing something that could be helpful for many people in future.

I will also try to suggest you somethings that might help you to improve the look of the sites. It would be great if I can get the html files but I would also like you to deploy it on Cloudflare.

I have visited the example page and it looks okay to me but I believe you should add some styling and some effects to make it look even better than that. It will take sometime but I'm sure your service will be very helpful for many people.

I could do color, background images, galleries whatever a user would want as long as it stays in the scope of 25mb.
This would be ideal for people who just want to relay simple information and calls to action such as email to, calling,GPS pinning there company/event ECT.
I'm even willing to show anyone who's interested how to update it themselves and how to add new elements.

I would also like to know that are you going to use free hosting service for the purpose or you are thinking about a cheaper plan of a good web host?

Given the site owner is proficient enough ,I could simply build the page/file and hand it over if someone wanted.
(I'll be utilizing CF pages for this and wouldn't mind walking someone through the setup process if they wanted to maintain ownership/control)
My plan was to have someone verify ownership via DNS settings. This allows me to make changes while the owner still maintains the site.
My fee isn't recurring, just your domain registration fee is. (I can officiate this or you can)

Basically , your paying me $20 to build a simple html site. I'll toss in a deployment for free.

I know some js. But keep in mind I'm only charging $20 and specifically requested no back end stuff at this rate. I'm always open minded though, whatcha got?

A few things from me.
It is not that difficult to find basic hosting for free or for very little money. Even many registrars offer the option of hosting with a registered domain.
Domain registration through you is binding in the future and the owner of the domain and the whole thing is exclusively you. This opens speculation that one day you will keep the site that you are otherwise paid to edit. Sounds unfair, doesn't it?

What are your skills?
