Is it that useful? I heard lots of reputation points on stackoverflow isn't the main factor in searching jobs anymore because company knows about buy/sell rep points.
Also, i heard this service is illegal and the user will be banned/have bad reputation if found out.

ah.. i dont know it, is illegal? if you are really sure i close the thread and the "shop"..
