Both Gmail and Steam accounts are easily retrievable if you have any redeemed keys proof. You can always say your account got stolen with your email, contact support, give a key added to account, boom, yours again. Same for gmail.

You should list your prices to avoid any frustration from people asking and offering prices not to your liking.
