I started last year with GPU mining LTC. I built 5 computer systems each running 1500 kh with R9 290's.

But soon discovered it is more profitable to buy BTC Asic machines and mine BTC and convert back to LTC.  So I had 10 Antminer s1's.

Now the ROI is so low and the depreciation in equipment so fast, it is not really worth it.

If difficulty reaches 400 Billion by end of year even a 30TH machine (which doesnt exist yet) will lose  -$50.00 per day money.
                           200 Billion                                                                                                 -$34.00
                           100 Billion                                                                                                 +$7.50

Im BTC trading it now.

Harder to mine it now.

Buying some at wholesale exchanges and sell back to retail buyers.

Don't give up.
I am not give up mining.
I want to move as light as possible, I already throw a lot stuff away.
Not taking anything with me to my new house.
I still have to arrange an appointment with  a "Kringloopwinkel."
I don't know the English word, but these a shops that collect your furnitures and sell them as second hands.
They don't give you money for that, but throwing things away is a waste.

It's not only mining that gives you profit, most of the money is made by trading BTC.
Don't use real money to learn how to trade, write everything down.
These are things that can't be learn in one day and not everyone will master it.
When I first learn about BTC, I didn't see real traders, most of us are nerds.
But now the whole exchanges are crowded with bots and real traders.
Success and rising of BTC price has attract other breed of people.

This is a good site to start with

The guy is good, but never trust anyone, only use other people thoughts to verify your own thoughts.

Good luck with everything what ever you are going to do Smiley

From all the PM's I got, the average offers are 0.4875 BTC exactly.
No serious bids are above 0.5 or below 0.4 BTC, which I think it is a fair prize.
And 1 not really serious offer.

Mudge was the first to offer 0.5 BTC
The shipping cost is lower than expected to the UK.
I will included the shipping to get this done if you are still interested.

From the rest of the bidders I choose to sell to Tuner, because his PM's are short and fair.
Because you are willing to pay 0.5+shipping cost, I will add a free PSU for you.
It's a brand new Coolermasters Elite 400W I  still have laying around and don't use.
It is rated 230V only, check your country output, otherwise I will unplug the PSU that is powering the BFL singles and send that one instead.

PM me to how to settle this and choosing an Escrow.

@Suprastan, its not worth to ship to the US.
The shipping costs are simply to high.
Look instead for someone selling in the US.

After this is done I am going to sell the Antminers S1.

Yes please just sent you a pm and am sorting escrow out now

@Samsonn25

When I first come in contact with BTC, the price was already climming to 30+ dollar and then keep falling back.
BTC price at the beginning of 2011 is less than a dollar.
Around the 0.7 and 0.8 dollar.

Most of the time when I mine BTC, the price was less than 10 dollar.

Glad you made it early with btc in 2011. Was it like .75 cents back then?  The wallets were different back then too.

I am going to sell my BFL 60 GH/s singles and also my other ASICS when I finished taking pictures of them.
There are 4 reasons why I am selling my gear.
1.) I am moving out of my rented house and bought a house with a small part of the BTC I have mined in 2011.
2.) Summer is only a few months away and with this amount of gear I already don't have to heat the house.
3.) I am going to China in May to my brother in law farm that is mainly financed by me.
4.) I am going to quit the mining scene for a month of three to think about how to setup a big central farm with the rest of the BTC.
I have at the moment KnC november Jupiters spread out in too many locations because I can't power
all of them in one house without redoing the wire.
Because this appartment is rented, I am not spending money on something that is not mine.

I am only going to sell this last 2 BFL 60 GH/s singles I have in hand to someone who knows how technics works.
They are heavily modified and works better than the original BFL design with only changing the airflow.
They don't come with the BFL PSU's, I already throw those away.
You really don't want to know what kind of crap those BFL PSU's are.
If you buy these 2, I will add the Coolermaster GX 750W PSU that are powering them at the moment.

I sell preferable to European countries.
I live in the Netherlands and if someone wants to meet in person, I can arrange that.
I have all the time in the world for the last 8 months.
I only sell if you are willing to Escrow and pay the shipping.
