I tested it before I took the CPU out the other night and it booted fine. I don't want to go into it much further than that now I'm afraid as I have now boxed and cleaned CPU and cooler of thermal paste etc and obviously it would mean setting it all up again. Obviously I wouldn't try to sell something broken as working since this would quickly be evident.

This was only used for less than a week in the end and is basically as new. None of the accessories have been opened and SATA SSD sticker even still remains on the ports.
