If you look at the design of the characters on the hologram you will see 32 characters in four sections of 8.  I had heard the designer wanted this even look.
Addresses don't necessarily have to be 34 characters; they can be between 26 and 35. It's possible the designer of this coin generated only 32 character addresses for use on this coin (however from some stories I've heard this isn't the case).

If blocker was available you could pull up the entire 34 characters.  Perhaps there is another site like blocker somewhere.  Perhaps minerjones might know.
As owlcatz said above, you can use WalletExplorer or Smartbit to do a search of a partial address. However, after trying to do a quick search I couldn't find the one listed in the OP, meaning the coin is indeed unfunded.

Yes, this happened to me from a Sol Noctis I purchased on eBay.  I messaged the seller, and he checked with the mint. They acknowledged it was a production error and asked for an address to send the missing 0.01.

I suppose I would have preferred a funded coin, however they did send the refund and, who knows, maybe these coins will demand some kind of premium due to the error.

I remember my Sol Noctis was missing the last character(s) for the public address on the hologram print although I didn't peel mine to verify if it was truly funded.

I have never seen this before. Pretty sure I've checked all that I had as well. Very interesting. I was going to add that if they say 2016 they are fakes, but i see that's not the case here.

Hi all,

So it seems like there was a production problem with the Sol Noctis, resulting in a few coins that are not funded.  Before anyone panics, I have confirmed that they were never funded so the private keys were not breached.

Unfortunately, TopWorldCoins nor the Polish Mint kept a record of all the public keys.  The key printed on the Sol Noctis misses the last 2 characters.

I am selling 2 of the 3 coins as in the picture.  I also have 1 last remaining fully funded coin.

Offers invited.
