The escrow will hold both passphrases and BTC untill the wallet is ready. When the buyer got his wallet and recieved his LISK I will get my BTC.

Yes but that gives you the option to recover the account if the lisk price goes UP.

and if it goes done you go though with the deal.

Not everyone is an asshole and would do that.
I find it a bit odd that people are worried about that but will so easily keep their btc on exchanges that can run off at any moment.

No one is buying because there is no guarantee that they will own the Lisk since the private key/words can't be verified to have only one owner.

It is always nice when "one day" users teach us. Just one remark: Do you know what escrow means?! Smiley

So you are selling the email account too right? Because escrow doesn't mean jack if the seller can flip the passwords on a password reset.

I blame Lisk for a lousy system, Augur did it right

and then they find a way to recover the email there is no safe way to do a transaction like this
