You know some of us does not have the patience to check all the links on a website, my account is already over 2 years and i had deposited and withdrew btc twice or so, my level should be around that 3 also.

We all know that time is money , well it's the case for what comes to the Virwox.com accounts , you have to deposit money and wait a lot to get your level upgraded and people don't want to wait .
Each level you get when you are on Virwox.com means that you will get limits raised which means ability to deposit and buy more BTC .

That's it , it's like Bitcointalk forums , with time you rank up and people don't like to wait .. so they buy the accounts and enroll in sig compaigns instead of waiting .
