I just need to know up front are funds release upon eroxors indicating good delivery or after the 10 day return window is closed and product is not returned. I don't charge anything (although tips are always welcome) so I want everything stated up front to avoid "issues".

I would like BTC or paypal. Note, the card works fine, but I removed the thermal paste, it seemed to lower temp. Fins a little dusty, so you might want to clean and put paste on when you get it. 10 day no questions asked refund.
