The price of that Crysis & Bioshock Infinite has really been dropped down in price since their are a lot of them floating around.
just a heads up: crysis 3 is $30 right now. from the looks of it, it's not really popular. you might want to decrease the price down to $20 if you want a sale.
And BTC is tanking, so prices updated.

Steam code?
Crysis is EA, so I assume it needs Origin to play (I'm out of Crysis codes anyways).
Farcry 3 can bind to Steam but you need UBI's account to play so no point really adding to Steam other than to launch it from there.
For Bioshock and Tomb Raider I'm not sure. I haven't tried any of the vouchers with Tomb Raider. The Bioshock Infinite that comes with Crysis 3 hasn't given me a code yet.
