I assume op is selling Windows 8.1 keys, u must have mixed up with the upcoming Windows 10 free for a year deal. There are no "valid for one year" windows 8.1 keys, either they are valid forever or they or not haha

Correct, they have no expiration as far as I am aware of.

MSDN keys are not region based (afaik haha)

Ya. I;m thinking whether to upgrade to 10 using my old W7 license key or just get cheap W8 license.
