No its not transferrable thats why we are here selling whole account or you want to buy only theme then you can do by this way also.

Yes Updates are available with themes, i dont have any idea about using on multiple sites.
I purchased this themes for me and my friend but unfortunately we dont need this themes anymore, so decided to sell this themes in cheap, its very cheap to buy from me.
